Cedar Trail Wins Two Awards in 2023
One of my favorite new designs, Cedar Trail was awarded Honorable Mention in the 2023 Contemporary Art Show at the Richard & Jane Manoogian Mackinac Art Museum.
The print also won an Honorable Mention Award prize at the 2023 Poetry Art Night at the Suzanne Haskew Art Center in Milford, MI. Other finalists included Rounding the Island and Echinacea.

A simple sounding process for a wonderfully complex artistic medium. While not as well-known as painting or drawing, printmaking has been around for nearly the same amount of time. I learned of the technique in a Printmaking 101 course in college and instantly fell in love with it. Learn more about my story below.
